Introduction: The 31st East China Fair was held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre from July 12 to 15, 2023. The fair featured four major professional theme exhibitions and two professional exhibition areas, attracting buyers from 119 countries and regions. Over 35,000 domestic and foreign merchants attended the fair, with a total of 51,000 visitor entries. As the first offline fair to fully resume after the epidemic, it played a vital role in helping foreign trade enterprises secure overseas orders and explore diversified markets.
